Acts 3:21 After two days he will revive us; on the third day he will restore us, that we may live in his presence . Hosea 6:2 But what is Restoration? What is it that must be restored? Unless you know that something is amiss, how will you know that it needs to be fixed? Scripture tells us that restoration will be required before Messiah returns for his Bride. Note here that, as stated in 2 Peter 3:8, With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day . Here we see that in the third millennium, after Messiah’s first coming, this will take place. The time is now. We are in the seventh millennium, the day of the Lord, and His return is nigh. Restoration is required so that the Bride of Messiah will be fit to be His beloved bride and enter into His Kingdom. Can you imagine Him coming for a Bride that does not even know or obey His commandments? There is reference in Scripture that the end-times body of believers will be in a state of apostasy. I have heard many pastors ponder this notion, saying, “I wonder what will cause the church to go astray?” Unfortunately, they believe the church, in all its religious pomp, is the perfection of God’s glory. Could it be that the church has been apostate for at least 1700 years? “How can that be?”, you ask. Satan is clever and has used lies and misinformation to beguile man since the beginning of time. He also uses willing accomplices to carry out his deception in order to achieve his goals. Once the lie has been planted and swallowed hook, line and sinker, the delusion prevails and blinds the ones that find comfort in the lie rather than searching for the truth in Scripture. They believe the doctrines of men rather than the truth of Elohim’s word. And so it goes. From one generation to the next.
